Vikram Gupta joined Synaptics in January 2023 and serves as the SVP and GM of IoT Processors and Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining Synaptics, Vikram was SVP and GM of the IoT Compute and Wireless Business Lines at Infineon Technologies. He led the integration and transformation of a $1B+ multi-site business with three product lines, following Infineon’s acquisition of Cypress, where he had served as VP of Engineering for the IoT Business Unit.. Prior to Cypress, Vikram navigated a progressive tenure with Broadcom, advancing in leadership and responsibility across both engineering and business. Earlier in his career, he was a co-founder of Zeevo, a developer of system-on-chip solutions for Bluetooth and other wireless communications applications, which was ultimately purchased by Broadcom.
Vikram holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
